WDAY: The News Leader

Eric Manlove

I am a Fargo native having graduated from Fargo South High School. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Broadcasting from Minot State University. At MSU I was very active, being part of the campus TV station KMSU as a sports anchor, played baseball for a year, Assistant Sports Information Director, the "Voice of the Beavers" hockey team as the play by play personality traveled to the 2011 ACHA National Tournament in Delaware with them and was also an active member in the Student Government Association. I worked as the weekend Sports Anchor for KXMC for over a year. I also worked news for them after graduation and am part of an Emmy nominated news staff for coverage of the Mouse River Flood of 2011. I started working at WDAY in June of 2012 and I couldn't be happier with this decision to return to Fargo. I love the opportunity to cover both news and sports in my hometown, it makes my work that much more rewarding.
