FARGO – Fargo police raided a house just a few doors down from an elementary school Monday, arresting a man there on suspicion of dealing a wide variety of drugs including cocaine, mushrooms, acid and prescription pain pills and patches.

Fargo police Lt. Joel Vettel said police executed a search warrant at about 3 p.m. Monday at a home in the 1000 block of 10th Street North.

They arrested Brock Joseph Ferebee, 20, on a number of charges, including felony suspicion of dealing cocaine and marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school, and possession of hallucinogens with intent to deliver.

They also seized 131 grams of hash, 40 grams of marijuana, 69 grams of cocaine, 30 grams of hallucinogenic mushrooms, 22 hits of LSD, 22 patches of a prescription painkiller and 272 schedule III and IV prescription pills including opiates and amphetamines.

Another man ran from the scene and was detained but then released, Vettel said.

Vettel called the case unique in terms of both its broad variety of drugs, and its close proximity to a school.
