GRAND FORKS, ND - A 32 year-old Grand Forks man accused of crashing into a home with his car has been cited, according to the Police Department.
According to a police news release:
Mark Alan Hansen was traveling east in the 500 block of 32nd Avenue South early Sunday when the 2007 Toyota Camry he was driving went off the road.
The car went through lawns on the north side of 32nd Avenue South before it struck a house. Police were dispatched to the home at 12:15 a.m. Sunday.
No one in the home was injured. The collision caused damage to both the home and car.
Police said Hansen left the scene but was later found at a south Grand Forks residence.
Altru paramedics evaluated Hanson before taking him to the hospital.
Police said Hansen was cited for reckless driving and leaving the scene of an accident.
