Tavares, FL (CNN) - Elhadji Tacko Fall or “Taco” as he’s known to his friends, is the tallest high school basketball player in the country.

Elhadji Tacko Fall – Stands 7’5”: “The first game I played here, I couldn't play. It was way fast.”

It’s a game he’s built for. His high fives are low fives. His hands? Nearly a foot long. Taco’s wingspan is 8 feet. His shoes? Size 22. That’s the same size as Shaquille O’Neal. Taco is currently taller than anyone in the NBA, and he’s still growing.

Elhadji Tacko Fall: “We went to a doctor just to check in, and he said I had a couple more inches in a couple months.”

In the classroom, no desk is big enough - but that doesn't hold him back.

Elhadji Tacko Fall: “First, I have a 4.0. I want to be a biochemist if basketball doesn't work out.”

At Liberty Christian Prep, Taco isn't exactly what you’d call a uniform student – head and shoulders above the rest. On the court, the sky is the limit. Off it, his intentions are a slam dunk.

Elhadji Tacko Fall: “I just want to take care of my mom and my brother and have a stable environment. Basketball is a good way to do it.”
