Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - A Fargo man has been sentenced for his role in the death of local musician Cody Conner.
Nathan William Evenson, 27, received a 12 year sentence for conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance. Judge Ralph Erickson also sentenced Evenson to three years of supervised release, pay $4,367.50 and a $100 special assessment to a Crime Victims Fund.
An investigation revealed that Evenson and other co-conspirators would receive shipments of heroin from a source in Minneapolis to distribute in the FM area. Lund was previously sentenced to 7 years in prison. Wadsworth's sentencing is scheduled for June 2nd.
The case was investigated by DEA and the Fargo Police Department. First Assistant US Attorney Chris Meyers prosecuted the case.
