Minneapolis, MN (WDAY TV) - The NFL Draft is a little more than 24 hours away and for Viking fans the wait has to be unbearable.

The talk all winter and into the spring has been about Minnesota using the 8th overall pick on a quarterback, but the truth is no one knows what's going to happen

The Vikes have traded back in the first round each of the last two years and there's no reason to think it couldn't happen again...

Rick Spielman/Vikings General Manager: “But if there's a guy we don't want to pass, we're going to take him, if I could see there's depth if we drop back x amount of spots and we're still going to get a good football player, I'd love to do that and pick up extra picks if I can.”

Minnesota holds 8 overall picks for the draft, including two in the third round; one of those is from the Percy Harvin trade.

One other NFL note, Richard Sherman signed a four year, 57 million dollar deal with Seattle, makes him the highest paid cornerback in the NFL.

In an hour, what type of preparation does it take for the elite runners of the marathon?
