St. Paul, MN (WDAY TV) - The series really begins Tuesday night for the Minnesota Wild, back at home for Game 3 with their matchup with the Blackhawks down two games to none.

Mike Yeo is making some changes to the lineup, namely Keith Ballard in for Nate Prosser on defense.

The biggest key for Minnesota may be scoring the first goal, Chicago has jumped on the Wild, but the team hopes being back on home ice can tilt the series in their favor.

Keith Ballard/ Wild Defenseman: “If you look back at our home record we've beat some good teams at home if you want to lean on that that's fine, but you have to do it tonight can't just say we've been good at home and we have to prove that tonight again.”

Ryan Suter/ Wild Defenseman: “First couple of games we've gotten away from playing that physical style, simple, get back to basics, not turn pucks over and play the way we have played at home.”

We may have to get ready for extra hockey tonight, the last three game threes for Minnesota have gone to overtime the Wild won them all.
