St. Paul, MN (WDAY TV) - The Minnesota Wild picked a perfect time to play their two best games of the season and now have turned their series with Colorado into a best of three.

That's thanks to a dominating defensive effort Friday night by the Wild, which limited Colorado to just 12 shots and got a huge goal from Charlie Coyle in the 2nd period that turned out to be the game winner and now they have to figure out a way to take this intensity on the road.

Jason Pominville/ Wild Forward: “We did what we had to do now we have to go there and find a way to win, but we got to bring same type of effort, been on our toes, not giving much, playing with the puck more. I don't think we played to the level that we played last two games there, we gotta bring that when we go there, dig deep feed off on our own energy not off their crowd, tough building to play in for sure.”

Game 5 is slated for 8:30 Saturday night in Denver.
