Grand Forks, ND (WDAY TV) - UND will hold its spring game next Saturday as well, and for many fans it will be the first time seeing their new look team.

New head coach Bubba Schweigert and his coaching staff has gone back to the basics this spring as they try to install a new game plan.

And despite having a limited roster and a brand new coaching staff.

The upperclassman say they expect to turn things around immediately.

Ben Henson/UND Sr. Center: “I think I speak on behalf of all the seniors and the juniors, probably some of the sophomores too. We're the ones that are going to fix it. I think that's important. Don't get me wrong, we're not planning on winning 3 games and fixing it that way. We're coming out to compete for a Big Sky championship and that's the only thing on our mind right now.”

Adam Shaugabay/UND Sr. Running Back – Warrod Native: “We're the bricks to the pyramid. We're the beginning and the start of the division one and big sky era. We have to lay the bricks for the foundation for the future of our program. I have a lot of pride in this program. I want to set an example for the young kids and for the kids that come in the future that this place is a good place. We're going to do good things eventually.”

UND will hold its spring game inside the Alerus Center next Saturday at one o'clock.
