Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - Intern hopefuls in Fargo got to race the clock, for a shot at a top spot at a graphics design company.
H2M held its second annual Intern-O Inferno at their Fargo office today. Applicants for a graphic design internship competed against each other.
This wasn't your typical interview process. It consisted of rapid fire interviews with employees, each two minutes long.
Applicants got that short time to pitch a creative graphics design project to the company.
Kevin Tobos - H2M Creative Director: “The rapid fire element adds that pressure that they're going to feel whenever they're in front of a client and they have to present their work directly to a client. So we want designers who can actually present and defend and explain.”
H2M will select just one of the 7 applicants for an internship this summer.
