Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - It's a state or city's dream company. A firm in Fargo adding 50 new jobs each year for the last three years, and is doing business quietly locally and around the world.
Today, Integreon of Fargo, just got bigger. When Melissa Hanson started with the company, there were less than 6 people working. Today, Integreon broke ground on a new world headquarters to house the 300 people currently working out of the Fargo office.
What started as CBF in 2001 in Fargo, started with two employees and an idea we weren't sure would work.
Penny Retzer - Integreon GM-Fargo: “We started with a yellow piece of paper and an old fax machine and copiers and printers, we thought it would be typing.”
Providing admin help and document services to law firms and corporate banks is now part of Integreon, serving clients from Asia Pacific to London. The company has come a long way. They are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, 24 hours a day through holidays and blizzards; all because of a demand from clients who want things done quickly and in secret.
A good chunk of the company work space is restricted to those only with special clearance. Employees who work here, get that culture.
Mellissa Hanson - Integreon-Fargo: “And I think we need that philosophy today that we need to make it happen, give them what they expect. And they will come back for more, they need it perfect and yesterday. So quality and deadlines and productivity, crucial.”
The company has put out the word that it will be adding to its 300 member work force in Fargo. That's one reason for the 34,000 square foot building on its way up.
Integreon hopes to add another 30 jobs in the coming months.
