NEW ENGLAND, N.D. – A Dickinson man is dead and another is facing criminal charges after a tractor rollover near here early Friday morning.
According to officials with the North Dakota Highway Patrol, two men, Justin and Kyle Binstock, were headed westbound at about 1:40 a.m. Friday in a 2014 Challenger tractor on 51st Street Southwest about 2 miles west of Highway 22 and 9 miles north of New England.
The tractor, which Justin Binstock was driving, left the road and went into the south ditch, hitting a culvert and overturning.
Kyle Binstock was ejected from the tractor and pronounced dead on the scene, officials said.
Justin Binstock is facing possible charges of causing death while operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a Class A felony, according to the patrol.
He was not injured in the crash.
The crash remains under investigation.
