Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - Three members of one local family are now behind bars, each facing charges of murder.
19-year old Alexander Clapper and his 22-year old sister Tamara Clapper, both of Moorhead, and their father 46-year old Arlen Clapper of Dilworth all appeared in Cass County Court this afternoon.
The charges stem from their alleged involvement in the March stabbing death of 26-year-old Rolandas House near a Fargo Cash Wise store.
The charges carry a maximum penalty of life in prison without parole.
A fourth suspect, 19-year old Wade Garrett, pleaded guilty to murder in the case Friday.
He is cooperating with the investigation and gave prosecutors information on the Clappers.
Traistan Van Der Streek/Cass County Prosecutor: "We asked for the bail we did because of the seriousness of the offense and the evidence that we have."
The Clappers will each have a preliminary hearing on Wednesday, May 14th.
Each of their bail is set at $1 million dollars, cash only.
