Fargo, N.D. (WDAY TV) -The postseason is something that the Concordia women's hockey team has grown used to in recent seasons, this is the third straight year the Cobbers have made the playoffs.

Sarah Erickson has her team clicking at just the right time, they are 10-1-1 in their last 12 and it wasn't a big change, something simple like scoring more goals.

Sarah Erickson, Concordia women’s head coach: “What it came down to was making sure no matter what you have your teammates back and that's really the culture we're trying to provide here. You work hard, have a lot of fun working hard and you guys come to the locker room, you're family and the girls have adapted very well. The second half of the season is what's important. We have to get the points and stuff. I think at practice we created a new mentality for that. We have to score, so we really worked on scoring since we really weren't the first half so I think doing that really helped.”

Cobbers host St. Kate's in the MIAC semis at 5 tomorrow.
